1. Devoluciones
Opción 1 – Sin reembolsos ni cambios:
No aceptamos devoluciones ni cambios a menos que el artículo que compró esté defectuoso. Si recibe un artículo defectuoso, contáctenos al [•] con los detalles del producto y el defecto. Puede enviar el artículo que considere defectuoso a:
Tras recibir el producto devuelto, lo examinaremos a fondo y le notificaremos por correo electrónico, en un plazo razonable, si tiene derecho a un reembolso o a un reemplazo debido al defecto. Si tiene derecho a un reemplazo o a un reembolso, reemplazaremos el producto o le reembolsaremos el precio de compra utilizando el método de pago original.
Opción 2 – Reembolsos permitidos:
Aceptamos devoluciones. Puede devolver los artículos sin abrir en su embalaje original dentro de los 30 días posteriores a su compra, presentando el recibo o comprobante de compra. Si han transcurrido 30 días o más desde su compra, no podemos ofrecerle un reembolso ni un cambio.
Tras recibir el artículo devuelto, lo examinaremos a fondo y le notificaremos por correo electrónico, en un plazo razonable, si tiene derecho a una devolución. En tal caso, le reembolsaremos el precio de compra y se aplicará automáticamente un crédito a su método de pago original.
Solo se reembolsan los artículos a precio regular. Los artículos en oferta no son reembolsables.
